As this is a seasonal event, weather will sometimes be an issue. We do not currently have the option of offering date changes and refunds. If you have booked online and the weather is bad, while we cannot refund your purchase, you may come to the farm in person to pick up your token and use it on the next possible day. If you do not pick up your token in person, then we are unable to issue a refund.
Bad weather may affect the availability of some of our exhibits, and if you are unable to use some of your tokens while visiting us, then you may collect those you are unable to use in person and save them for another day.
The online booking option is reserved only for next-day and future dates, and is not available for same-day booking. YOUR ONLINE BOOKING CONFIRMATION MUST BE PRESENTED ON ENTRY.
YOU CAN STILL VISIT THE FARM ON THE DAY OF WITHOUT BOOKING.
